A case study is a depiction of a real-world situation which typically puts the reader in a role where he/she has to identify and diagnose a problem, and then come up with and justify possible solutions. There is, however, never a right answer or solution when analysing a case study, as every case study tends to have a certain amount of ambiguity within it.

Strategy Case Studies includes an assortment of global and up-to-date case studies about a variety of very different organisations. These include case studies written about organisations in Australia, in Southeast Asia, and in the US and Europe as well as in the rest of the world.

Through analysing case studies, a wide range of readers - from students to senior managers - can acquire the skills for lifelong learning in thinking, planning and ‘doing’ strategy.
