Editors:
James C Sarros is Professor of Management, Monash University. He received his PhD from the University of Alberta. His research interests are organisational leadership, culture, values, and character. He has published over 100 articles and five texts in the area and conducts corporate workshops on leadership character.
Peter W Reed is Associate Professor of Marketing and MBA Director of the MBA Program, Monash University. His research and teaching interests are centred around management decision-making processes particularly in the area of strategic marketing planning, marketing management, and innovation. Peter has a PhD from the University of New England and a Master of Business (Marketing) degree from Monash University.
Dr Anne M Hartican is the principal of CLiC Consulting. Anne specialises in individual and group leader development programs which have an emphasis on building personal and organisational resilience.
