Callie Harvey (BEd (Bus) (Melb), DipEd (Post grad) (Melb), MEd (Melb)), has taught at RMIT University since 1995, teaching law subjects in many programs including those designed for international students. She is also employed as the Education Quality Auditor – a role which involves the design and coordination of local and international student programs. She has also recently completed a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (RMIT). As a result of her extensive teaching experience, Callie has gained considerable knowledge and expertise in understanding the teaching methods that work best, and has adopted these strategies in designing teaching materials – including this textbook – to help students learn more effectively.
