Max Coulthard (BBus(Bkg&Fin) Chisholm I.T. MBA) is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business and Economic at Monash University. His current research interests are International Business: strategy and negotiations; Entrepreneurship: corporate entrepreneurship; and Franchising.
