Dr Richard Winter (BAHons, M.BusCurtin, PhD Monash) is Senior Lecturer in Management in the School of Management, Marketing & International Business at The Australian National University. His research interests relate to the management and behaviour of professional employees. Specific topics of interest include the work-related attitudes and values, psychological contracts, and engagement/disengagement behaviour of professionals.

Richard's research has focused on the values, identities and work roles of academics and has been published in Higher Education Research & Development, Journal of Higher Education Policy & Management, Journal of Institutional Research, and Studies in Higher Education.
